This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and MyLife (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of the MyLife: Success & Growth mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
MyLife grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
You may not:

• Distribute, lease, license, copy, modify, or transfer the App to any third party.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the App.

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.

• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features or restrictions in the App.

3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the App, including content, graphics, design, and software, remain the property of MyLife and its licensors.

4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

5. Subscription and Payments
If you purchase a subscription, payments and renewals are governed by the terms displayed in the App and by the App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings.

6. Termination
Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. MyLife reserves the right to terminate or suspend access at its discretion.

7. Changes to Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Agreement.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLife is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
